Can I stop by and check out the gym?

No. to clarify – our gym is organized into small training groups. these groups are focused on their goals, and to put it simply – spectators are not helpful and therefore not welcome. if you are interested in training go to the apply page. if you are simply curious, this website is your window. wanting a thing and doing a thing are vastly different, and we have an entire culture built in the gulf between the two. recognize the difference and choose your side.

how fit do I have to be to start training at the station?

it may seem strange but physical fitness is one of the least important traits when starting. your current level of fitness is just that – the starting point. the starting point of a very long and constantly evolving journey. things like hard, fast, and heavy are subjective and almost infinitely flexible. as far as prerequisites, we simply ask for honesty, accountability, and the willingness to work. clearly defined goals will streamline your training, but are not (initially) a requirement.
